A TYPE (ABRASION RESISTANT)

  • Used in carrıage of abrasive and big sized materials and durable to blows.
  • This type of belts is mostly used in quaries.
  • Durable to working operation up to 70±5°C.
  • Natural and synthetic rubber based.
  • Not suitable for oils, acids and high temperatures.

USAGE AREAS:

  • QUARRIES
  • COAL MINES
  • CEMENT FACTORIES
  • THERMAL POWER STATIONS
  • IRON&STEEL INDUSTRIES
  • CONCRETE&MATCHING PLANTS
T TYPE (HEAT RESISTANT)

EPDM based, T type (heat resistant) belts are mostly used in carriage of hot materials. They are durable to acids, water, ozone and oxygen. Temperature of the belt surface can be between 50°C and 200°C and also the carrying material temperature may range from 100° to 400°C

USAGE AREAS:

  • IRON&STEEL INDUSTRY
  • LIME FACTORIES
  • CEMENT FACTORIES
  • THERMAL POWER STATIONS
  • FERTILIZER FACTORIES
  • IRON FOUNDRIES
F TYPE (FLAME RESISTANT)

They are manufactured from chloroprene-based rubber. This type of belts are very resistant to flame. Maximum working temperature is 100°C and are mostly used for underground mines.

USAGE AREAS:

  • UNDERGROUND MINES
  • THERMAL POWER STATIONS
O TYPE (OIL RESISTANT)

These belts are produced from nitrile based rubber and are durable to oils and grease, hydrocarbons and suitable for conveyor belt systems used in such places where there are oils and grease. Maximum working temperature of O type belts (oil resistant) is 95°C.

USAGE AREAS:

  • FERTILIZER FACTORIES
  • RECYCLING PLANTS
  • PURIFACTION FACTORIES
  • GLASS FACTORIES
